Stephen Dunn

Stephen Dunn (born 1939 in New York City) is an American poet. Dunn has written fourteen collections of poetry, and has won the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry for his 2001 collection, Different Hours. One of his poems, called "The Sacred" was written in 1989. Dunn completed his B.A. in English at Hofstra University and his M.A. in creative writing at Syracuse University.
