As the lowest scoring Super Bowl to date with a total of only 21 points (3 TDs, 3 PATs and no Field Goals), the score indicates a much closer game than it actually was as the Dolphins' "No-Name Defense" dominated the game, allowing Washington to cross midfield only once in the first half and only four times overall.
