Svetlana Surganova (Russian: Светлана Яковлевна Сурганова) (born November 14, 1968 in Leningrad, USSR) is a Russian rock musician, singer, poet and lesbian icon. She was a founding member of the popular Russian rock band Nochnye Snaipery, vocalling and playing violin.

Svetlana Surganova is an open lesbian, occasionally mentioned by mainstream Russian media as an example of dedicated lesbian celebrity. NTV's documentary on Russian lesbians named Surganova as such, and included her brief comment on the issue while standing drunk next to her girlfriend.
