Tai Streets (born April 20, 1977 in Matteson, Illinois) is a former professional American football wide receiver in the National Football League. He was selected with the second pick of the sixth round of the 1999 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers. He was the number three receiver, behind Terrell Owens and Jerry Rice. Streets attended Thornton Township High School in Harvey, Illinois where he participated in football, basketball and track. He won the state championship in the long jump as a junior. He graduated in the class of 1995. His high school basketball team included future professional athletes Antwaan Randle El, Melvin Ely, and Napoleon Harris.
