Tee Hee Johnson is a fictional character in the James Bond novel and film Live and Let Die. For the film he was portrayed by Julius Harris. Tee Hee's name is derived from his tendency to chuckle to himself very often for little to no reason. As Bond states when he first meets the man: "Funny how he laughs at the slightest little thing".
