Terry Grossman grew up in Miami, Florida, received his B.A. from Brandeis University in 1968, his M.D. from The University of Florida in 1979 and has practiced medicine in Colorado since the early 1980s.
He spent 15 years (from 1980-1995) working as a community family doctor in the Colorado mountains. Dr. Grossman undertook the study of nutritional and anti-aging medicine in 1994 and in 1995 opened Frontier Medical Institute (now Grossman Wellness Center) in Denver, which quickly grew into one of the largest complementary medical centers in the country.
