The Aspect-Emperor is a forthcoming trilogy by R. Scott Bakker that takes place twenty years after his acclaimed series The Prince of Nothing. The first book, The Judging Eye, was released on February 19, 2009. The planned title of the second book was originally The Shortest Path. However, Bakker later confirmed that it will be called The White-Luck Warrior. The name of the third book is unknown.
