The Bible

The Bible were an independent UK band with lead singer Boo Hewerdine. The band released two critically acclaimed albums in the mid 1980s. In 1985 Hewerdine, who worked in a record shop in Cambridge, formed The Bible, recruiting jazz drummer Tony Shepherd and Dave Larcombe (ex-member of the New Romantic group the Roaring Boys).
