Trying to change their perception, she decides to be more lenient with the writers. However, they immediately take advantage of her leniency to get out of working and Liz eventually decides that, as their boss, she needs to be strict sometimes. Meanwhile, Jack brings Tracy to a major golf event to get closer to GE CEO Don Geiss, however his plan backfires when Tracy acts too much like his uncensored self.
