Cyndi was asked by Steven Spielberg to be the musical director for the album. It was Cyndi's idea to include a newly discovered female group called, "The Bangles." The Bangles had a small cameo in the video for, "Good Enough." Cyndi played, "Good Enough" throughout the True Colors tour, but refused to play the song until pressure from fans finally made her add the song back into her setlist. Cyndi added the song for her, "True Colors" tour in 2007.
