The Legendary Traxster (born Sam Lindsey on July 14, 1973) is an American songwriter and a record producer. A native of Chicago, he is best known as a producer for the platinum-selling rapper Twista.
The Legendary Traxster has worked with the famed rap group Do or Die, producing several albums including the platinum-selling Picture This. "Picture This" is notable for introducing Twista to the mainstream, particularly on the album's blazing centerpiece "Po Pimp". Twista figures prominently on other Traxster's beats including "Money Flow" and "Paperchase".
In addition, Traxster has worked with Mariah Carey, co-writing and co-producing the track, "So Lonely" on her 2005 released album, The Emancipation of Mimi.
He also has produced for Mystikal, Tech N9ne, Cam'ron, E-40, The Outlawz, Crucial Conflict, Prozak, Triple Darkness, Psychodrama, E-Dub and Snypaz.
