The Longest Journey (Den lengste reisen) is a point-and-click adventure game developed by Funcom, a Norwegian studio, for the PC. The game drew praise from critics for the protagonist April Ryan, considered one of the most memorable female characters in the history of adventure games, and also for its enigmatic, complex storyline and high production values, but was criticized for some of its more obscure puzzles.
