In its first year, it was called The Moxy Pirate Show and ran for 60 minutes This was produced and animated by the Hanna-Barbera animation studio. In 1995, it was renamed The Moxy Show but still kept its 60-minute format. In 1998, the show was renamed The Moxy & Flea Show.
