The No Sleep Over is episode # 1.03 b of Brandy & Mr. Whiskers. Brandy is trying to hold a pajama slumber party for her friends, in which she wants it to be girls only since it is a pajama party. Mr. Whiskers fails to grasp the premise of the party, but when Brandy kicks him out, he decides to go speak with Ed the Otter. Ed inadvertently gives him the idea to host his own party, but after they fail to get anyone to attend their party because of their stench, they decide to play pranks on Brandy￢ﾀﾙs party, because they figure if they cannot have their own party to enjoy, then they will have to do something else, though they get the idea from reading one of Brandy￢ﾀﾙs Teen Hearthrob Magazines. Meanwhile, Brandy￢ﾀﾙs party isn't working out too well, since Lola Boa cannot wear pajamas and the fact that there just weren't any good activities planned on Brandy￢ﾀﾙs part.
