The Nursery "Alice" is a shortened version of Lewis Carroll's, alias Charles Lutwidge Dodgson, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, adapted by the author himself for children "from nought to five" with twenty of Tenniel's illustrations from the original book coloured and enlarged.
