The Ox (Swedish: Oxen) is a 1991 Swedish film directed by Sven Nykvist. He wrote the script with Lasse Summanen. It was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film at the 64th Academy Awards in 1992. It was also screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 1992 Cannes Film Festival.
