The Rise and Fall of the Roman Empress (Carne bollente in Italian) is the title of a 1987 Italian adult-film, starring Ilona Staller ("Cicciolina") and the late John Holmes (actor).
The film would later create a furor when it was revealed that Holmes had tested positive for HIV prior to filming.
