When she requests Kramer return the bike, he tells her that it is common sense that she should have been sleeping on a board for a week after the chiropractics. The pair decide to have Newman decide who should keep the bike. In a reference to the Judgment of Solomon, Newman decrees that the bike be cut in half, with both Elaine and Kramer receiving one half.
