Thomas Maclellan, 2nd Lord Kirkcudbright was a Scottish nobleman, nephew of Robert Maclellan, 1st Lord Kirkcudbright and the son of William Maclellan and Rosina Agnew. Maclellan's support for the Covenanters led to his ruin.
