Timber Creek High School has made it to a divisional playoff in football three times (with a first-round loss during the 2006, 2007 and 2008 seasons), since their division sets them against other major playoff-contending high schools such as Apopka, Edgewater, and Lake Brantley. Timber Creek won its first district title in school history in '08. Timber Creek's attendance at football games is in the hundreds, among the higher numbers in the area.
