Tinkle Pit (ティンクルピット) is an arcade game that was released by Namco in 1993 only in Japan. In Tinkle Pit, an evil wizard spawns monsters in a tiny village. The nameless protagonist of Tinkle Pit chooses to go on a world-saving quest to defeat the wizard and his minions. He is accompanied by an oversized, anthropomorphic sleigh bell as his weapon. The plot of Tinkle Pit is a minor, negligible component of the game. Though the game's storyline (written in Japanese) is likely incomprehensible to most foreigners, the game itself (which employs mostly English text) is quite readable. The game is divided into 8 worlds. The first one has 4 rounds, and every other one has 6 rounds.
