Tira (Arabic: الطـّيرة al-Tira, Hebrew: טִירָה) is a city in the Center District of Israel in Israel. According to the Israel Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), at the end of 2007 the city had a total population of 21,500. It is part of the triangle.
Tira is close to Kfar Saba, a larger Jewish city, and is well known by its neighbors for its weekly outdoor market, as well as for its Palestinian cuisine.
