Tito Lutwa Okello (1914 - June 3, 1996) was one of the commanders in the coalition between the Tanzanian army and the exiled Ugandans who removed Idi Amin in 1979, the Commander of the Ugandan National Liberation Army from 1980 to 1985, and the President of Uganda from 1985 to 1986.
