Thomas Winton Boggs is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. Boggs pitched in all or part of nine seasons in the major leagues between 1976 and 1985. Boggs was the 2nd overall pick in the 1974 Major League Baseball Draft, drafted out of high school by the Texas Rangers.
