Since 1981, Darrow has built a reputation as one of the most entertaining night club acts in the United States. After ten years of singing in nightclubs, Tony received an offer to appear in what turned out to be a cult film, Street Trash. He played a mobster in the film.
Several months after Street Trash, Darrow was contacted by the famous film director Martin Scorsese.
