A big fan of the Fox television show The X-Files, Fagenson was inspired to name the band Eve 6 after his favorite episode, "Eve". In the episode, there are many female clones named Eve; after Eve #6 made a remark about biting a guard's eyeball, he thought she was worthy of naming a band after.
