Toshiyuki Morikawa (森川 智之, Morikawa Toshiyuki) (born January 26, 1967) is a prolific Japanese male seiyū from Yokohama, Kanagawa affiliated with Arts Vision. His name is also sometimes mistranslated as Tomoyuki.
