On Monday, August 3 2009 it was announced that Donald J. Trump and Beal Bank Nevada, an affiliate of Dallas, Texas-based Beal Bank, would acquire Trump Entertainment Resorts. Once completed, Trump Entertainment Resorts will become a private company.
