Tucanoan (also Tukanoan, Tukánoan) is a language family of Colombia, Brazil, Ecuador, and Peru.
Tucanoan consists of 15 languages:
I. Western Tucanoan
II. Central Tucanoan
III. Eastern Tucanoan
Macaguaje, Yupuá-Durina, and Cueretú are now extinct.
Most languages are, or were, spoken in Colombia.
