In story mode you create your very own mixed martial artist. You start out at a gym of your choosing, a total of eight all together, and you make your way up, spending three years total in training (not necessarily learning the same style for all 3 years). In December of each year you're in an Open Weight Vale Tudo tournament, deciding who the best unknown mixed martial artist really is.
The game has generally received poor reviews from critics, with only two out of twenty-seven sites giving it a better than fifty percent rating.
