The Company, which was founded in 2000 and is privately held, was
renamed Unipier from Cash-U Mobile Technologies following the
successful acquisition of Niragongo Ltd in 2004. Unipier´s primary
investors include Carmel Ventures, Pitango, Greylock and Fidelity
Ventures. Unipier is headquartered in Israel with representation in
Europe and the Asia/Pacific region. The Company has approximately 65
employees worldwide with a significant portion working on the research
and development of current and future technology.
