These decision-making bodies form a hierarchy, with referendums at the top and Union Council at the bottom.
Referendums are organised by the Elections and Rules Committee following a Union Council where an Executive Committee Resolution, Union Council Resolution or Petition signed by 2% of the full membership of the union have been discussed.
