The University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, also known as USF Sarasota-Manatee, is a regional campus of the University of South Florida that was established in 1975. Along with the main campus in Tampa, Florida, USF Sarasota-Manatee has two sister campuses in Lakeland and St. Petersburg, the latter being autonomous. USF Sarasota-Manatee offers over 40 bachelor's degree, master's degree, and certificate programs in Arts & Sciences, Business, Education, Engineering, Nursing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, and Information Technology. Day, evening, & weekend classes are offered at its new campus just north of University Parkway. The campus also boasts a location in south Sarasota County at Manatee Community College in Venice.
