Västmanland

Västmanland (help·info) is a historical Swedish province, or landskap, in middle Sweden. It borders Södermanland, Närke, Värmland, Dalarna and Uppland. The name comes from "West men", referring to the people west of Uppland, the core province of early Sweden.
