vVv Gaming was founded in 2007 by Jerry “LordJerith” Prochazka. The organization began competing when it fielded its first Gears of War team: vVv Vision, which placed 1st at the Meadowlands, New Jersey Major League Gaming event in 2007, as well as being heavily favored at the MLG Dallas event, while continuing its dominance at the Columbus event.
