The Viti Levu Group in Fiji consists of the island of Viti Levu and its outliers, including Bau, Beqa, Nukulau, and Vatulele. The group had an aggregate area of 10,453 square kilometers and a population of 574,801 at the 1996 census. Several island groups close to Viti Levu, such as the Lomaiviti and Yasawa islands, could be considered outliers, but are usually classified as separate island chains in their own right.
