Waratah motorcycles were manufactured by Williams Bros., 213-7 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, NSW, Australia (they later became P&R; Williams) from 1914 to around 1948. They made small machines assembled from British components, including Villiers engines, Sun frames, Druid and Brampton forks.
