Wayne Maxwell Swan (born 30 June 1954) is an Australia politician. He has been an Australian Labor Party (ALP) member of the Australian House of Representatives from 1993 to 1996, and again since 1998, representing the Division of Lilley, Queensland. Following Labor's win at the 2007 election, he became Treasurer of Australia in the Rudd Cabinet.
