A browser tool to make it easy to add new webpage topics. Something like a bookmarking/tagging tool without links to users.
- take the url of the current page and create a Metaweb webpage topic if it doesn't exist
- navigate to the Metaweb webpage topic so user can view property values and add more data
- implement the tool as a javascript url for firefox, ie, safari
