Over the past two decades, MCASD has added some 2,000 works of art to its collection. The Museum's collection now totals over 4,100 works, having virtually doubled since 1983. Weighing and Wanting is the first of two exhibitions that feature works from the Museum's collection acquired in the past 25 years and includes a cross-section of paintings, prints, drawings, video, installation art, and photography.
