West Carrollton places high significance on the 21st century skills. “Students will: develop and exhibit a positive work ethic, attitude and behavior; take responsibility for and ownership for completing work; display proper etiquette; show respect for others and for property; learn to work in a team and understand teamwork; learn how to solve problems; and be punctual.”
West Carrollton has been rated as "Effective" since 2002 by the Ohio Department of Education. The school met nine of the 12 state indicators for the 2005-2006 school year.. The 2008 and 2009 school year starts on August 26th, and ends on June 4th, 2009.
