William "Bill" Hope (born 1955) is a Canadian film, TV actor and voiceover-artist.
Hope was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London and appeared in theatre on both sides of the Atlantic. After appearing in Lords of Discipline, he appeared in Aliens (1986) as Lt. Gorman, a role for which he started to receive recognition.

That film gave him an opportunity to play a supporting role as Kyle McRae in the brutal horror classic Hellbound: Hellraiser 2 (1988), the sequel to Clive Barker's Hellraiser (1987). The film created a lot of debate due its gruesome, explicit violence nature. After Hellbound: Hellraiser 2, Hope went on to work on a number of theatrical films. He had parts in Shining Through (1992) and The Saint (1997). He appeared in Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow (2004) and Triple X (2002).
