More recently William “Billy” McNamara has been seen in the company of C. Jeffery Bowen who resides in Dallas Texas. Mr. Bowen is the CEO of Bowen, Weinstein and Li, Inc and he and Mr. McNamara had even become so close that they discussed sharing office space among other things. The two have been virtually inseparable since they met, and just returned from a "get-away" in Virginia Beach VA. The two flew first class from DFW to Norfolk on December 9 at 1:04pmct, seats 5E and 5F.
