Yishay Waxman is the Vice President of Sales. Before JumpTap, Mr.
Waxman was Director of Sales for the Americas at Comverse, where he was
responsible for direct sales of the company's content delivery platform
to wireless and wireline carriers. Mr. Waxman was also the Director of
Marketing from 2000 - 2003, with responsibility for marketing of

prepaid and voice messaging services. For five years prior to Comverse,
Mr. Waxman ran a firm that specialized in bringing foreign companies
into the Israeli market. Mr. Waxman's sales experience also includes
tenure at Interkom, ranked as one of Canada's leading advertising
agencies. Mr. Waxman holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree from
McMaster University and received an M.B.A. from the University of
Tel-Aviv.
