Yoda is a character in the Star Wars fictional universe, appearing in the three prequel trilogy films as well as the second and third original films. Yoda dies in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, when he is around 900 years old. He is widely considered to be the greatest Jedi of all time and trained many Jedi. Yoda was also responsible for much of Luke Skywalker's training in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.
