Yoshiaki Koizumi (小泉 歓晃, Koizumi Yoshiaki, born in 1968) is a Japanese electronic game designer. A graduate from the Visual Concept Planning Department of the Osaka University of Arts, he has been working for Nintendo for the past 16 years.

He later worked on major games such as Super Mario Kart, Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Super Mario 64. He then worked as the 3D System Director on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and was promoted to director for the following games: The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Super Mario Sunshine, Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat and Super Mario Galaxy, released in November 2007.
