YourSports began when founder Chris McCoy was interested in webcasting his hometown Babe Ruth League. The team had made it to the national championship game, but few of his neighbors had the means to travel to the match. He hired film students to help in the endeavor, but the webcast itself was not a complete success.
Since then, YourSports has raised $900,000 in seed funding.
