Okada was born on August 22, 1967 as the second daughter of the Satō family in Ichinomiya-shi Hospital in Nagoya. In the days of her elementary school life, Okada loved to read books, especially comic books and she had talent to draw pictures. In the days of her junior high school life, Okada began to yearn for becoming a singer and applied for every possible audition out there.
