Working with several prominent directors and actors in India's various film industries, Yuvan Shankar Raja belongs to the most prominent and most acclaimed, established, leading composers in South India. Born on August 31, 1979, in Chennai, India into a musically affluent Tamil family, Yuvan Shankar Raja is the third and youngest child of legendary musician and film composer Ilaiyaraaja and Jeeva. He is the younger brother of music director Karthik Raja and playback singer-cum-music director Bhavatharini.
