Zagrebačka pivovara is a brewery in Zagreb, Croatia, founded in 1892. In 1994, multinational beverage company InBev acquired a significant share. In mid October 2009, private equity fund CVC Capital Partners bought all of Anheuser–Busch InBev's holdings in Central Europe for €2.23 billion. They renamed the operations StarBev. It also produces Stella Artois under license for the local market.
